The soundtrack album of Daybreakers is released in January 2010 by Lionsgate in the USA and Silva Screen Records in the UK.
It features over one hour of CG’s score

Daybreakers will be released in cinemas around the world from 9 January 2010.
Daybreakers was voted the runner-up most popular film in the Midnight Madness (horror) program at the Toronto International Film Festival
Mao’s Last Dancer will receive its world premiere in the the Special Presentation program and Daybreakers will receive its world premiere in the Midnight Madness program at the Toronto International Film Festival.
The festival runs from 10th to 19th September 2009

Lionsgate Films have announced 8 January 2010 as the new release date for Daybreakers.
CG was back in the studio on 1st March to record some additional music for Daybreakers.
He also recorded Night Is What Remains (for violin, violoncello and strings) which will be on the website in late April.
A four minute excerpt of the Horn Concerto was also recorded with Robert Johnson for later inclusion on HornConcerto.net.
The rest of the week was devoted to finalizing the editing and mixing of the soundtrack albums of both Daybreakers and Mao’s Last Dancer.
Lionsgate have announced 11 September 2009 as the US release date.
